About the event
Join Yoga Es Vida as she leads a kids yoga session at K&A Creations. We will then have a light snack & work on a Positivity Box craft. The children will decorate a box of their own then fill it with positive affirmations. Later, if they have a time where they feel down or are having a negative moment then they can pick put a positive statement to lift them up.
